Shipping Terms

Supreme Music Group – Shop

1. Scope

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop "Supreme Music Group – Shop" (Operator: Supreme Music Media GmbH), based in Vienna, Austria. We deliver both within Austria and to other member states of the European Union (EU).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following EU countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • France
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Luxembourg
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Czech Republic
  • Hungary
  • Poland
  • Other EU countries on request

SPECIAL REGULATIONS FOR NORWAY
We do not charge Norwegian VAT.
Upon delivery, the Norwegian postal service/customs will charge 25% VAT and an import/processing fee.
These costs are to be borne by the recipient.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Standard shipping (incl. VAT):

  • Austria: €5.00
  • EU countries & Int.: from €11.00 (depending on destination)

Free shipping on orders over € 50,00 

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times (from receipt of payment):

  • Austria: 2–5 business days
  • Germany: 3–7 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Unless otherwise stated on the product page. In case of delivery delays, we will notify you by email without delay.

5. Partial Deliveries

If your order includes multiple items, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will arise from this.

6. Shipping Providers & Tracking

Your order will be shipped using reliable carriers (e.g., Österreichische Post, DHL, DPD, or GLS).
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email—if available.

7. Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you notice any visible transport damage, please report it to the delivery provider as soon as possible and inform us.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Digital Content

For digital products (e.g., music downloads, podcast downloads, exclusive streams, digital access codes), no physical delivery will occur.

Provision:

  • Download products: After successful payment, you will receive a download link via email.
  • Streaming access: Access will be provided via email or through a protected platform.

Notice on Right of Withdrawal:
Your legal right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content if:

  • The execution of the contract has already begun (e.g., download or streaming access has been provided), and
  • You have expressly agreed to the immediate execution and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal (in accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act – FAGG).

This consent will be obtained separately during the ordering process.
