Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods;
  • in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good;
  • in the case of goods delivered in several consignments or pieces, on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last consignment or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery;
  • sealed audio or video recordings, including CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, and comparable media, if they become unsealed after delivery;
  • sealed computer software, if it becomes unsealed after delivery;
  • goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

Statutory Warranty Rights

The statutory right of withdrawal does not affect your legal warranty rights. If goods are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal Notice

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement via email to office@supreme-music.group.

To help us process your request more efficiently, please provide the following information where possible:

·       Email address

·       Item(s) to be returned

·       Date of order

Providing this information will facilitate the processing of your withdrawal request but is not required for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
